Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Signal Over Noise collects and how it is used. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

Your email address, to create your account and send sign-in links. Membership details (plan, status, renewal date) when you subscribe. Basic usage data needed to run the site.

We do not store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe; your card information is provided directly to them.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary with providers that run the Service: Supabase (accounts, database, and issue storage), Stripe (payments and sales tax as merchant of record), and our email provider (to deliver sign-in links). Each processes your data only to provide their part of the Service.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising trackers.

Retention & your choices

We keep your account data while your account exists. You can cancel your membership anytime, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing us.
